im confused? are you a wedding planner or spa service? 

Well we have two areas of our business. First and foremost we are event planners. We specialize in small or large weddings and intimate bachelorette and bridal parties. We focus on these two areas year in and year out. ( since they go hand in hand ) We also offer the mobile wine spa and full day adventures for Paso Robles Wine Country tourists but with limited availability.  The mobile spa is available on non-wedding weekends only or if we have ample staff available... 

if i want to hire Vino Therapy Events for my wedding planning needs, what should i do? 

We love and adore everything weddings and we try to make things easy around here! We use Honeybook for all our contracts, proposals, and planning needs. It works great and keeps everything/everyone organized. We will first want to speak in person or over the phone. Then once we find out what your needs are at this time; we will send over a proposal for you and your fiance' to review. We will make any changes needed on our end, and then send over our final contract for you to electronically sign to save your date! Then the fun really begins. 

if i want to secure a date for your wine spa, what do i need to do? 

First you will want to email us through our website contact form with your desired dates, what package you are interested in and a location you had in mind. We will respond back to you within 24 hours and let you know if your date is available. In order to secure your date, we will need your electronic signature on a proposal we send to you, along with a deposit. You must meet our minimum requirements, all prices shown are per person and we bring everything to you. 

what if i don't have a final number of people who want to participate in the wine spa service at the time of booking? 

No problem! We just ask for you to estimate, and you are able to make any changes to your group size, packages ect... up to two weeks prior to your spa event date!
