We are not a volume based business. We are a boutique company that chooses to take on a limited number of events a year. The level of detail that we put into planning each event is what makes us stand out. We offer Wedding & Event Planning Services to clients all along the Central Coast of California. We will be here to help guide you through the whole process of the Planning, Design & Execution of your event. We focus a great deal on design, event logistics and all those fine little details. We believe in two things. First is TRANSPARENCY. We won't hide our pricing, what you see is what you get with us. If additional travel fees are included, we will let you know right then during our initial phone conversation. We feel being honest and upfront is the only way to conduct business. Second, is that every bride-to-be deserves the wedding she has always envisioned. So, we also offer a wide range of packages for the modern day bride.

Direction of Ceremony Rehearsal

Full day coverage by a Lead Month-of Coordinator and an assistant
Implementation and overseeing of the wedding day schedule
Assisting Photographer in organizing family and bridal party for portraits – shoot list
Setting up day-of details (i.e guest book, place cards, ceremony programs, favors)
Distribution of final payments & tips to vendors
Full Design + Partial Planning $3000
This is a great choice for those who desire to make the key decisions themselves, have an idea of what they want, yet need help organizing, designing and coordinating their event.

help with selecting and recommending vendors based on your budget/style to make your day just perfect • monthly or quarterly check-in meetings with us to ensure your on track with planning. • keep on track to do lists sent via email • up to 3 venue walk-throughs • we will attend your floral meeting and your tasting + 1 other vendor meetings of your choice ( we will need at least a two week notice to help arrange this ) • Once your Design Plan is approved, our professional network and expertise is put to work as we help you hire the best vendors for implementing your plan, within your budget
comprehensive design experience included
The process begins with a meeting to discuss your event, inspirations and wishes. We can set this up via phone or in person. We will then take this information and create a design proposal including some visual inspiration, a color/mood board and layout. Once we nail down your overall vision, we will set a date for you to come visit the Central Coast. We will complete your comprehensive design experience in-person. Plan on playing with colors, fabric swatches, talk rentals, and get to know your likes and dislikes. After that, we will conduct an onsite walk-through of the Venue to talk in further depth about your event logistics/layout. We usually like to schedule a floral design meeting on the same day. A completed Rental Order quote will be delivered within 72 hours.
Full Service Planning $4000 - $5000

everything from top two packages plus
budget assistance and budget creation • venue sourcing for ceremony/reception • Pre-screening of vendors to ensure they are available on your wedding date • handling of all proposals and contracts • creation of a wedding website for your guests to get vital information, directions, to help with tracking RSVP and checking gift registry • reminders for key events and due dates • event programs design and curation ( if needed ) • invitation + menu & invitation design assistance ( if needed ) • Wardrobe styling for entire wedding party including bride and groom • unlimited venue site walk throughs • management of all vendor relations, including bookings, scheduling and attending all vendor appointments as requested ahead of time, coordinating payments, and acting as the point of contact throughout the planning period • management of all wedding transportation and accommodations needs (e.g., hotel, valet, etc.) • overseeing all rental orders, including general needs, linens, restrooms, lighting, etc. • a beautiful detail weekend itinerary for your guests will be designed and created • management of detail sourcing and creation for design projects • guest gift bags assembly and distribution • POST WEDDING DAY : Return Cake Rental items (Plateau, Cake Boards, Separator plates, etc. ) • Supervise and assist in break down with vendors for up to 2 hours past wedding • Handle all tuxedo rentals the day after wedding -if local • arrange a pickup time for rental company to pick up all rentals • for AN additional cost: we can arrange to help design and coordinate the rehearsal dinner + Farewell Brunch | please note: if your having a small intimate elopement of 65 people or less, then price goes down to $3000

We will arrange overnight accommodations if needed, schedule your vendors meetings and suggest other relaxing and fun things to do while your here.
On the first day we will complete your comprehensive design experience. save the dates + invitations + wedding website design meeting
If time is permitting, we will arrange to go over some ideas for your paper goods/wedding website. This meeting is usually conducted over a lovely Wine Country Lunch- which is on us! We will go over some templates and find that perfect match for you. If you want your invites + save the dates hand-made or written in beautiful Calligraphy we can set that up with a local Calligrapher. Overall we just want to make sure everything is just perfect for you and it is all cohesive with your overall wedding design. We will hand select and manage your complete design team including the florist, rentals, linens, invitation designer, lighting company and any other design related vendors.
Day Two is set aside to meet with other vendors. Perhaps do a food tasting for lunch with your Caterer and Baker. Meet with your DJ + Officiant, to get a sense of their personalities. Lastly, if your Photographer is local schedule your sunset photo engagement session and do your Pre-Trail for MUAH. We understand your time is precious, with busy work schedules and family - so feel confident that we will complete as much as we can without making you feel overwhelmed! The goal is to take the stress of the unknown away, and have you feeling great about the overall planning process.
